Vivant Wine In 2005 our Vivants were in their second growing season. We left a few clusters of grapes here and there in the vineyard. We picked them on the 18th of August and made fourteen gallons of dry white wine. Late in October we tasted the wine directly from the tank. Although only two months from the harvest date the wine was quite delightful. Stay tuned on this one. We expect to harvest a full crop of Vivants in 2006 and look forward to making the 2006 Vivant wine.
